As a seller of Pumpkins, you need a specialized liability policy to protect your premises and products sold. We offer insurance programs for the following:
- General Liability provides premises and operations insurance for claims arising from the operations of your Retail Lot or Farm.
- Products Liability provides insurance for claims arising from the sale of your product.
- Personal and Advertising Injury Liability protects you against claims involving libel, slander and invasion of privacy.
- Contractual Liability.
- Fire Legal Liability.
Liability Limits Available
The liability limits are $1,000,000 for each occurrence with a $1,000,000 aggregate limit. Higher limits are available upon request.
The coverage is for a short term from the effective date of issue or underwriting approval to November 15th.
$1,000.00 per occurrence. The deductible applies to all loss adjustment expenses.
The premiums are based on a per location basis with additional costs for each Additional Insured, acceptable amusement devices, and taxes and fees.
How to obtain a Quote
Complete the Pumpkin Patch Liability Application, forward it to Keelson Partners, and you will receive notification within 24 hours of receipt that your application is being reviewed by underwriters for acceptance, declination, and/or quote.
Exclusion of Coverage
There are various exclusions contained in your policy. These include, but are not limited to, such items as auto, employment practices, pollution, asbestos, workers compensation, terrorism.
